Firstly, my apologies for the delay in sending you this letter, but I’ve been away on holiday until now! As promised, I’d like to write a testimonial for your website after the high praise and recommendations I received about Catering4occasions from the retirement do at Avon Tyrrell.
After the farcical organisation from the staff at Avon Tyrrell, I knew you would remain totally professional, calm and organised from the outset; overcoming obstacles right up until the last minute!
This is a true account of the comments I received from colleagues who had a fantastic night back in July which I thought you may want to add to your testimonials:
Charles, a massive ‘thank you’ to you and your staff for your absolutely outstanding hog roast given recently for the staff of Locks Heath Junior at Jim Lambert’s Retirement Do. From the moment you arrived, the set up and organisation was dealt with both efficiently and without fuss. Everybody commented on the delicious food served with great accompaniments, so much so, there was nothing left on the any one’s plates even though most people had seconds! The entire service was carried out with utter professionalism from the carving, serving and clearing away at the end of the event.
Catering 4 Occasions certainly provided us with the ‘whole package’, from friendly discussions on menu choices to actually providing us with the best hog roast many had ever tasted – all at a very, very reasonable cost. Thank you Charles – we would not hesitate in recommending you and your team.
It was a pleasure meeting you at Avon Tyrrell and our endless discussions on the phone – I certainly hope to use your services again. Thank you.

The day whizzed by yesterday, the weather was lovely,
people were happy & relaxed & we felt that the day went
pretty well. Thankyou so much for our wonderful food. Time &
again we had friends commenting on the taste & quality of the
food but also the professionalism of your team. They were all so
focused & nothing was any trouble. We will definetly recommend
you to anyone that is considering having a hog roast, especially if
they want a pro company that they can leave the whole catering
package to & have peace of mind that you're in control. We
didn't have to worry about a thing, you had it all in hand. We had
a very special day. I hope you enjoyed serving us as much as we
appreciated your fine cuisine. Thank you on behalf of our 85

you cooked & served on the 7th June 2008. The party was a great
success mostly due to the food! I lost count on how many people
commented on the pork being the best that they had ever tasted.
